You have found our web page because you are a Senior Citizen, active, inquiring, interested in the world and everything that's in it.  We want to help you maintain that interest .

We are a volunteer group that is part of the Geriatrics Center of The University of Michigan Health System.  Our role is to provide learning opportunities in several forms on a wide-ranging series of topics. They are offered in the following formats:

In-depth Lectures
We offer a series of lectures that provide an in-depth look at specific areas, presented in the form of five or six lectures covering different aspects of those areas.

Distinguished Lecture Series  There is a monthly lecture (on the Second Tuesday) on a specific subject presented by a recognized authority. These distinguished Lecturers may be drawn from areas outside the University of Michigan, wherever they may be found, in business, politics, or academia.

All of our lectures are presented at Best Western Conference Center at 2900 Jackson Rd., Ann Arbor, 48103. Their Web page can be accessed at www.bestwestern.com . They begin at 10:00 am and end at 11:30.

Study Groups and Mini-Classes New series begin in January, covering a wide range of subjects - Investing, Intermediate Spanish, Music, Writing, and many more.
